1. Strategy Starter Call

30 minutes – $50 CAD
Not sure what kind of support you need? This short, focused session helps you get clarity. We'll assess your current situation and identify the best next step — whether it's one of my offerings or a different resource altogether. You’ll leave with a personalized recommendation and a clear sense of direction.

2. Consulting Call

60 minutes – $250 CAD
This session is for individuals or leaders who want support with burnout prevention, stress management, or work-life wellbeing. We’ll use my R.E.S.T. Methodology to unpack what’s going on and develop a science-backed plan with clear, actionable next steps.
You’ll leave with a deeper understanding and a practical strategy tailored to your needs.

3. Scientific Consulting for Authors & Entrepreneurs

60 minutes – $250 CAD
For writers, course creators, founders, and content pros building science-informed work. Whether you're crafting a book, a program, or a brand rooted in research, this session helps you translate complex science into content that connects.
You’ll leave with sharper messaging, clearer frameworks, or feedback to make your ideas more impactful.

Payment Terms

1. Payment
   All calls must be paid in full at the time of booking.

2. Rescheduling (Client-Initiated)
   You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. Less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the session unless due to emergency.

3. Rescheduling (Nina-Initiated)
   If I need to reschedule, I’ll offer a new time. If none can be found, a full refund will be issued.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows
   No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

5. Late Arrival
   Sessions end at the originally scheduled time, even if you are late.

6. Upgrade Credit
   The $50 from a Strategy Starter Call can be applied to a future package or consulting call if booked within 7 days.
